Any sort of smoking will result in a $1000 fee to hire a team to remove the smoke from furniture and walls. • Elevation of this home is about 6500 +/- feet. • No AC (rare in the area; mountain nights are chilly and we have ceiling fan in the primary bedroom, balconies in 3 bedrooms and a portable fan). • No parties, drugs, events, loud music/noise, undisclosed guests. Home is monitored by NoiseAware. Please respect the neighbors and quiet hours. (10pm-8am). • We are truly in the wilderness. Large and small wild life live here too , including and not limited to bears, mountain lions, elk, moose, deer, fox, squirrels, mice and insects, etc ... Keep all doors closed to prevent any animals from entering the home . Please do not leave trash or food outside, on the deck, or in your car. Please clean the grill and grill tools after every use . Don't leave children unattended outside. • We treat the exterior and interior of the home to keep out pests, including insects and mice. However, this is nature, and it can not be fully controlled. • Please be aware that we are not liable for any personal items left behind from your stay. If any personal items are left at the property, we will, of course, do our best to recover them.
