On the evening of arrival, we spent about an hour trying to find the place, called the two number that was provided, none worked. One of the numbers even told us not to call again. Once we arrived, nothing about this place felt like luxury. Prior to check-in, I asked if they had solid Wi-Fi and was told yes (LIES). I wasn’t able to work my entire stay (9 days) due to Wi-Fi issues. After several complaints about the WiFi, I was told that WiFi was only for emails, fb and some other social media, not for “personal use” and unlimited wifi was available in other states and not Owerri which was useless information. Then the power was going out every 30 minutes to an hour, they were relying on a small, old and weak generator for backup power, which broke down the last night. Aside from the staff, this place and mgnt. is a SCAM! Airbnb should do a better job. I HATE that I ended 2023 like this. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE.
