Great home, only a minute from golf and the beach!

ITrip very responsive. No heat 2 days, no info about streaming TV before arrival, one bedroom had AC plugs that did not work, fire alarm went off once for no apparent reason, had great laundry room, ping pong table was a hit, great hot tub, garage great for clamming expeditions. Yard maintenance could be improved in back yard. We think owners should stay in home for a few days to see what needs to be removed or updated. The housekeeper and husband who came to fix thermostat issue, were extremely nice, generous, and helpful.

Toilet downstairs was clogged, no hot water upstairs bathroom and fire alarms would randomly beep through out the trip, and windows with no blinds where neighbors and pass by people could see directly in, but was a very nice house

The area was nice and peaceful, a small residential neighborhood with a short drive to the beach. The home was very large, lots of bedrooms and space. There were several issues with the home that overall made the stay inconvenient. Unfortunately, they were things that were needed 'in the moment,' communicating the issues with the hosts at the time they were an issue would have meant the rest of the short trip was consumed with them, so we opted not to. The internet was unavailable, there was no hot water in one of the showers, the kitchen wasn't stocked with basics (though it had a bunch of empty containers of things like salt, so we didn't realize those items weren't available), the firewood for the fire pit was left uncovered so we couldn't get a fire started, there were no batteries in the remote controls for the TV and fireplace). The house was mostly clean, but had a lot of cobwebs on the walls and on the corners - just needed a more throughout cleaning. The hot tub was a great!
