Our newest addition is in Pahrump. Centrally located to everything Pahrump has to offer. Pahrump is also a gateway between Death Valley National Park and Las Vegas! Short drive to Pahrump Wineries 5.5 mi to central Pahrump 25mi to Ash Meadows Wildlife Refuse 60mi to Furnace Creek Visitor Center/Death Valley 60mi to Red Rock Canyon 68mi to Las Vegas --This is NOT an event of a party house-- --Max occupancy at anytime is 12. Make sure you get an accurate count of who will be staying as only 12 are allowed at all times-- Welcome on in to Rancho La Huerta! The entire house is available for you and your family. There are 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Walk in the front door to an open concept living area. There is plenty of seating 1 TV here. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials. The TVs are logged in to watch Disney+, Prime Video, Hulu, Paramount+, and ESPN+. Netflix and HBO Max are downloaded should you want to log in to your own account. The sofa past the laundry room turns into a pull out queen sofa bed, 3 of the bedrooms have 1 queen bed each. There is 1 full bathroom in the hallway. The primary bedroom has 1 king bed, its own TV, and private bathroom. Step into the outside areas and enjoy the scenic mountain views! The front as patio seating, enjoy coffee in the morning while taking in the view. The backyard is equipped with a propane grill (please see "Other details to note" section). There is also has a fire pit with plenty of firewood. The starlit sky has never looked better!
