Saad's place is beautiful, but overall cleaning could be better. We had trouble with the lock box code, but Saad helped us getting in easily.

Saad's place is such a beautiful and spacious house. So well-organized and everything looks presentable. Host was very accommodating and quick in responding to my messages. All in all, it was an amazing place to stay. Quick and easy drive to Niagara Falls. Restaurants are just nearby. Very nice, wealthy neighborhood. Such a peaceful , serene place to stay. My family and I are very satisfied.

I would NOT recommend this residence. Was very dirty, floors sticky, contemplated throwing out my socks afterward. Had to wipe down kitchen chairs and living room furniture before sitting as they were stained/dirty. Mouldy juice jug left in garbage, food left in fridge, no TV, minimal furniture. Workout equipment advertised but was two dumbbells (2 different weights). Had we of had more than one night we would not have stayed. There were no check out instructions, the host sent them the night of our stay which we did not see. Therefore didn’t empty bathroom garbage, the host then requested $150 cleaning fee the next night. Absolutely terrible experience, overall very disappointed with this stay. Save your $300-$400 and stay somewhere else.

We enjoyed the stay! Saad was so friendly! The Airbnb was close to the places we wanted to visit! It was a beautiful home to stay overnight!
