A group of 7 of us stayed in this accommodation (3 apartments, all on the same floor, each with 2 queen size beds). It's in a good location, close proximity to Waikiki beach and many restaurants in that area. Also, there's an affordable parking ($35 per day) in the building, which was very convenient.

One of our 3 rental units was not adequately cleaned, despite the $445 cleaning fee. There was fecal matter on the outside of the toilet bowl and the wall (I have photos). This unfortunately was not discovered by us until later into our stay. The fecal matter was on the underside of the toilet bowl and not easily visible while standing. I notified Koko. She never apologized or took ownership of the issue. She basically denied that the unit had not been clean when we arrived stating “my manager records show the units were all cleaned and was inspected before check in”. Fecal matter is a biohazard. I am sad to have to write this review because up until the discovery of this cleanliness issue, everything went well. But the lack of ownership of the problem is highly concerning. Even worse is that Koko didn’t even try to make it right with us. I sincerely hope that Koko’s team conducts a root cause analysis of this issue and updates their cleaning and inspection processes accordingly.

Enjoyable stay in a popping area in Waikiki; plenty of walkable restaurants and shopping spots. The room is a decent size, albeit on the smaller end, but it’s Hawaii! Sucks that you have to pay nightly for parking and that some randos can take your spot (they usually tell you to park in a different stall), but would book again for the convenience of location. Koko provided some recs, but sometimes misses questions. NBD, most were easily resolved. Very responsive and the worst thing about the rental is that the key card reader was finicky.
