Majority of the towels were stained and not usable, no sheets/bedding for the sofa bed. The kitchen ware was dirty with lipstick left on cups and glasses and remmants of food on utensils. We were a party of 5 but there was only 3 knives, forks and spoons available which wasn't ideal. The place was in need of repair with holes in the wall in the bathroom and the ceiling of the small bedroom around the lights. The ceiling in the smaller bedroom had patches of un finished plaster in places, but very poorly done. This was also the same in the master bedroom on the walls. We contacted sam immediately upon arrival for assistance but didnt find him to be that helpful or clear. A couple hrs later he did call back to say the cleaner was there to check the cupboard for towels? We were out so couldnt obviously let them in, i asked for them to return the next morning to be advised that the cleaner had other things to do and would not be able to. Very disappointed. Would not recommend to stay.
Spacious, nice looking and clean flat! Easy accessibility to surrounding areas. Responsive host. Would recommend.
We checked in to find there was one open toilet roll, no coffee or tea in the kitchen as promised. There was a leak from the ceiling in one of the bedrooms which got worse over night. As we hadn’t noticed it until the early hours, it was too late to get the host to do anything about it until the morning. We woke up to a large puddle in the bed, to which the host apologised profusely. He’s claimed to sort this out for future bookings so that it doesn’t again. The host was gracious enough to accept responsibility and apologise, and after some deliberation he gave an 18% refund. The enjoyment of our stay was ruined and whilst there are worse experiences, I would not stay here again
Used as a base for our London trip. Rental was exactly what it says in the description and apartment was clean and tidy. 10 minutes from the nearest tube station which was ideal away from the hustle and bustle. Would 100% recommend this apartment to others at a reasonable price. A+++
Sam was a super accommodating host - helping us to extend our checkout time very last minute. The flat was lovely and clean. Thanks a lot!
