Josh’s place was incredibly clean and tidy, on a nice quiet street, within a short drive of Belleville town and a quick 30 mins from Picton. Josh was a very proactive host, and made sure to message us during our stay to check everything was going well. Highly recommend this gem!

I loved staying at Josh's place. As a touring musician, the convenience of being able to find a place that has all of the amenities I need (including laundry) is a blessing. To be able to stay at a place that doesn't cost an arm and a leg, but lets me rest well enough that I feel like a million bucks by checkout is icing on the cake!

Josh's house exceeded expectations with its cleanliness and comfort. It was a bright welcoming atmosphere with blackout curtains! The location was perfect; it was close to everything we needed. From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. We appreciated the luxurious linens and plush pillows provided, making it easy to get a good night's sleep after a busy day exploring the city. Josh was an amazing host, always available to answer any questions or make recommendations. We had a great time and will definitely be staying at Josh's place again on our next trip. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city.

We have stayed many places, however my wife and myself love to stay at Joshs place. Its very clean comfortable setting. Peaceful and quiet with no noisy neighbors. Definitely would recommend we stay frequently there.
