A Queen Size Bedroom with wifi and smart TV. The place is located borderline of Lawrenceville and Duluth GA, very close to I-85 Exit 104 Pleasant Hill Rd. You will get to experience the diversity of different cultures in the area. The city is filled with busy multiculture restaurants, Supermarkets, and entertainment. You expect to have a good time staying at our place. New gated subdivision, very easy to get around.

It was a nice clean environment
Yen and the other Co hosts were very responsive throughout the stay. Clear checkin instructions and amenities were as listed. The bathroom and common areas were clean and well maintained. There was a lot of noise throughout the day and into the night as this is in a new community that has active construction going on all around. Might stay again, probably after all the construction in the area is completed.
Great place to stay , both John and Tony are very attentive to maintaining a clean cozy environment . Feel right at home . Highly recommend. Extremely private and close to all amenities needed in the surrounding areas to fine dinning , groceries stores , gas stations etc . Thanks again will be booking for future occasions .

New subdivision and the neighbors very friendly.
Uber is probably the easiest if guests have no vehicle. Turo daily car rental or any car rental service. There is a 5 mins drive to a city limit bus stop.
