Welcome to Westfield, home of the Shamrocks! Located minutes from Grand Park, food, and a variety of entertainment. The house is the perfect place for a family looking to unwind at the end of a day exploring. The home has an open concept downstairs with laundry access and a back patio for hanging out. Upstairs has a loft with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The home is located 8 minutes from Grand Park, 15 minutes from downtown Carmel, and 35 minutes from downtown Indianapolis. This is our permanent home, we ask that you treat it with kindness and respect. You will have the house to yourself. Within the home there is 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 full beds (bunk beds), 1 crib, 2 air mattresses, one couch, and one sectional. Plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy!

Ty’s place is very family friendly. The house was clean, uncluttered, spacious, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen is really well stocked. Our toddler loved the toys, especially the play kitchen. We would definitely stay again!
Everything was as described. Great space for our family, and everything we needed was nearby. We would sta here again.
Our family enjoyed our stay at Ty’s place. Our 2 year old was so excited to see the toy kitchen and really enjoyed herself. Nice black out curtains. Everyone slept well in this quiet location.
