Great place. Check in/out was a little confusing since there isn’t a main desk and there was sometimes no staff around. Would recommend renting a scooter since it’s a decent walk to the main strip.

We had the most wonderful time at Steve’s place. The pool area and room were beautiful and tastefully decorated. The location is perfect for uluwatu. It is a 5 minute walk to uluwatu beach for any surfers and around the same time to get too the nearby warungs for cheap local food and also single fin/Ulu Cliffhouse which are the most upmarket beach clubs/bars in the area. It was a peaceful location which was perfect for chilling in after surfing. Breakfast was delicious each morning with a choice between omelette, scrambled eggs, banana pancakes and even a vegan pancake option and our mini fridge was restocked with beers for us each day. Steve was the perfect host and even when we mixed up our check out dates and ended up staying a day longer unexpectedly Steve was very accommodating to this. 5 stars all round for this amazing Airbnb, I have been to uluwatu 3 times before and would recommend this over anywhere else.
