We are within 30 minutes of Rough River, 45 minutes to Bowling Green & an hour of Mammoth Cave Nat'l Park & Nolin Lake State Park. Butler County is also home to the Gabbard Branch WMA for those hunting enthusiasts. This barndominium was built in 2017 and offers a cozy one-bedroom apartment with comfortable queen bed, bathroom with tub/shower combo, full kitchen with everything you need to cook and eat your own meals (fridge/freezer, electric/induction range, microwave and Keurig coffee maker-Mr. Coffee 12 cup coffee maker also available), dining seating for 4, and comfy living room with sofa, love seat and rocker/recliner. Floors are stained concrete. New area rug in living room for added comfort. This apartment sleeps 2, but there are 2 XXL cots with bedding available for 2 additional guests. If you're a hunter, take advantage of the new WMA at Gabbard Branch. We have an onsite hoist for you to take care your deer right here in the lean to attached to the garage. For you outdoor enthusiasts there are plenty of waterways in the area including the Green River, Nolin Lake, and Rough River. Extra parking is available onsite for boats and trailers.
