In this exceptional apartment with an unbeatable location, you can feel at home, it contains everything you could need. With two bedrooms, one of them en suite. In addition, it has a family bathroom, a living/dining room and a balcony with a barbecue. You will have a beautiful view. This apartment is located in an excellent area. Just meters away you have El Shopping del Sol and countless restaurants to enjoy typical and international foods. This space is designed to provide the best comfort to our traveling guests. It has two bedrooms, one en suite. Both with a double bed (capacity for two people), a bathroom, dining room for four people, kitchen area equipped with utensils, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, oven, cold water cooler, sandwich maker, toaster. Living room and private balcony with an enviable view.

Overall great stay. The host communicates very effectively. The address was not accurate. I don’t speak Spanish and I never been to Asuncion. My fiancé who’s from Asuncion said address tend to be inaccurate and she had to direct me to the accurate location, no big deal but just keep it in mind. “Avenida Doctor Felipe Molas Lopez” that’s the destination if you use the Uber app for Asuncion “Bolt” once you land. The apartment was great. Everything we needed. Facilities are great. The pool was small but that view you can’t beat. We cooked many times. Trash dumpster is on the ground floor. You get what you expect. Very clean. Side note: The mall “Del Sol” is a 5 minute drive away. You can get cash at the bank there. Also, buy a SIM card at the mall if you know a resident their. If not use your service from home and pay the international fees, it’s a headache not to go with either option.

Muy buena estadía, excelente ubicación. Faltaron algunas cosas como toallas de cocina, hules (cosas que nos dificultaron dejar el depto limpio al salir), y la plancha para ropa no se podía usar. Aparte de eso, todo genial.
El alojamiento coincide perfectamente con el anuncio. Nos alojamos cuatro personas adultas durante cuatro días, y el espacio se nos hizo muy cómodo y agradable. Excelente iluminación y estado de las instalaciones. Sin duda volvería a alojarme

In the neighborhood you will find a 24/7 mini market called Biggie Express with a pharmacy, a park, 1km from Shopping del Sol and the busiest area of the city.
A few blocks in any direction you will find the best restaurants, the best trendy bars and clubs, fast food places and all kinds of services available. Also tons of great stores on every street.
Nowadays the best way to get around Asunción is UBER or MUV (Paraguayan Uber), since it has an excellent and cheap service, but you can also take taxis and if you want to take buses you will find nearby stops in the area.
