The resort has an impressive clubhouse with a beautiful pool, perfect for spending quality time with loved ones. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Bedroom 1 has a King-size bed and a private bathroom, Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed and a private bathroom, Bedroom 3 has a Queen-size bed and a private bathroom, and Bedrooms 4 has a Queen-size bed with a share bathroom, Bedroom 5 two full-size beds with shared bathroom, Bedroom 6 two twin-size bed with a shared bathroom, and Bedroom 7 full-size bed, a twin bed, and a shared bathroom. To use the pool heater, kindly request it up to 48 hours before check-in, and note that there is an additional fee. Guests must be 21 years or older to book, smoking is prohibited, pets are not allowed, and parties are not permitted.

We loved our stay here. The Villa was clean and tidy and exactly as expected from the listing/photos. Their themed bedrooms were amazing and their standard bedrooms were nice too (one was downstairs which worked well for our group). Pool was a great size and I would definitely recommend the pool heating as the hot tub was very much enjoyed! Spaces for two cars on the driveway and located on a nice peaceful street. Lots of space to spread out (living room, cinema room, games room) for a large group to get some space whilst staying here. Good communication from the owner who were able to quickly answer any questions I had too.
Great stay overall. Depending on when you leave in the morning, Disney is between 30-45 min drive, so for us it was a good location for being off Disney. House is huge, well maintained. However, only the basic trial sized necessities. For an 11 day stay, there were 4 dishwasher tabs, a mini trial sized dish soap, and only the existing roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. Come prepared to spend money on this. It would be nice if these supplies that every single occupant needs to buy would be left in the house, but sadly it is not. After reading reviews prior to arrival, it was noted that the pool cue was broken. I emailed the host to see if this was fixed, received a very prompt response that it was (communication was great), but sadly upon arrival it was still not fixed (pool cue tip was missing). This is actually a hard piece to find (we tried) so it was annoying. Pool heat is extra, and locked in at 91. At $45USD per day, we should be able to adjust. FYI Spa is same temp as pool.

Great place. They should warm up the pool when the weather is cold. But they dont. Also the jacuzzi is cold.
The home was nice, plenty of space for all 16 of us. House looked exactly as shown in the pictures and location was within about a half hour from Disney and 45 min to Universal Studios. Only thing negative i would say was the game room, it looks great but there was no game console and pool cues were missing tips so not very functional. Overall, great place and location. We would definitely stay there again.
