Welcome to our newly renovated, elegant, warm, modern, fully equipped studio located in the famous Marais district, 8 minutes from L'ARENA BERCY. A short walk from the prestigious Place des Vosges, with trendy boutiques, quaint cafes, and exquisite restaurants, as well as numerous cultural sites. Our apartment is located in a typically Parisian building, with period moldings and fireplaces. It offers the ideal place for a successful stay with family or friends. 12m2 apartment on the ground floor which includes: - A living room with a sofa bed - 1 table and chairs - Smart Television, Wi-Fi - Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, stove, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle) - 1 bathroom with shower and toilet The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and cleaning is done by a professional housekeeper.

Чистое, новое жилье. Все удобства. Есть все необходимое. Расположение просто отличное! Очень близко к метро, 2 станции в 3-5 мин.хотьбы. Удобно добираться до любой точки города с этих станций. Уютная квартира, соответствует указанной площади. Она небольшая и новая. Для двоих человек достаточно пространства. Будьте готовы что находится квартира на 1 этаже. Чемоданы заносить очень удобно, но так же достаточно высокая слышимость. Для нас это не было проблемой. Нужен навык обращения с замком, немного тренировки и все получится. Для короткого отпуска идеально.
Great place to get anywhere you need to go int he city. Close to the metro and lot's of great restaurants and museums.
The apartment is fine, very small, but for a few days it ok, but when we arrived at the place we had problems with the key, we told the host the time we would arrive, however he was not aware and we were 2 hours outside the apartment waiting for him to respond with some help.
We had a wonderful experience with a Studio Prestige and their apartment! During the days that we were in Paris everything was great and were very glad that we found this particular offer. During check-in we had some problems opening the door to the apartment, but everything was quickly resolved thanks to prompt responses from the host. Despite the fact that the room becomes very small when you fold out the sofa, this does not interfere with walking and cooking in the kitchen. Perhaps the best thing about this apartment, besides the cute and pleasant design, is its location. 3 minutes from Place des Vosges, and 4 minutes from the Bastille and the first metro line that can take you directly to the center. But I advise you to explore the Marais area on your own. Thanks for all! We hope to come back again!
Posizione dell’alloggio molto comoda sia per la vicinanza alla metro, sia per il quartiere molto carino in cui si trova. Lo spazio è tuttavia molto piccolo quindi per lunghi soggiorni potrebbe risultare scomodo. Ottima la comunicazione con l’host e il prezzo

You can taste the best falafels in Paris, located rue des Rosiers, such as the famous "As du Falafel".
Fashion lovers will be delighted. The Marais is full of fashion and accessory shops, it is unquestionably one of the best areas for your shopping sprees!
For the cultural part, the apartment is located a few steps from the Place de la Bastille and the Opéra Bastille, as well as many museums (Picasso museum, Carnavalé museum, etc.)
