Thank you so much for sharing this amazing place with us. It was exactly as it looked in the pictures. As I've said before, I rate all the places I visit based on the shower. If the shower makes me feel like I want to cry, like in the movies, then it's a perfect place 😂😂😂😂 Thank you for all the help, and I can't wait to go back!

Great location. Lots of amenities such as laundry, jacuzzi, and even a tree house. Spacious kitchen with a variety of condiments. Overall a convenient and comfortable stay!

House was conveniently located near both the Patty ice rink (UAF) and the Big Dipper. If traveling to Fairbanks with a large family or with a small group, we would recommend this home for your stay. The garage and hot tub were nice bonuses for airing out hockey equipment and taking a relaxing soak (after some long days).

Overall it’s ok with a mix amazing elements and a handful of opportunities to improve to make it great. The place, bedroom, kitchen, outdoor hot tub were some of the amazing stuff. Here is the list area they can improv if they want to: 1. Kitchen utensils were not great - not enough coffee mugs for the people, the plates and bowls aren’t microwavable. We had to throw the left over food since we couldn’t microwave. 2. Coffee maker with no coffee pods. It’s a bummer to realize that they didn’t have any coffee pods when we woke up 3. Main floor bathroom bathtub had hair which wasn’t cleaned well. 4. Main floor toilet bowl wasn’t flushing well and got clogged on day 2. The maintenance guy came hour later to unclog but he didn’t clean the area for us to reuse 5. Overall, some thoughtfulness would make this place great.
