Bad attitude on guiding check in and wasting people time to wait for the room to ready. Keep asking my ETA without any reason or explanations, after knowing my ETA only told me that the unit is having issues, no clear timing when will it fix and just let us waited. I had provided them suggestion that let me know how ling does it need to take to solve the problem so I can paln on my schedule which they also can solve the issue properly, but they refused to. Just wasted my time and no any sense of guilty.

Good point: - Place are exact same in picture, clean and nice. - Very comfort, feel like at home. - There have netflix can watch. This is the best part. - Wifi Network is working well. - Towels are provided and very absorbing water. - There have small hair dryer, and it working well. Low Point: - There have pool table in the living room but it is spoilt, becareful not to lend on it. - The place still convenient but abit ulu. you need walk abit to the unit.

overall is okay, the person in charge is nice to communicate and give clear instructions. But the living room's air-conditioner is not cool. Btw the best thing is they have billiards and table tennis to play👍
