现代单间公寓,配备洗碗机,距离海滩100米 公寓和工作室经过全面翻修,经过彻底翻修的De Graaf van Egmont住宅,将于2021年夏天再次敞开大门。 对于上一次住宿中了解这一点的人:您不会认出。 没有改变的事情:位于林荫大道上的绝佳位置,就在沙丘后面,因此几乎直接在海滩上。 这间单间公寓可供两人入住,位于五层之一(可乘坐电梯前往)。 客厅配备智能电视、两张单人弹簧床拼成一张双人床,以及配备微波炉和洗碗机的开放式厨房。 浴室设有步入式淋浴间和马桶。 一楼的公寓设有露台,一楼、二楼、三楼或四楼的一些公寓设有阳台或法式阳台。 单间公寓没有海景,花园家具并非所有单间公寓的标准。 阳台和花园家具可以选择。 配备花园家具的单间公寓可根据喜好预订,但需视空位情况而定。 中央停车场有一个停车位。 De Graaf van Egmont提供两至四人入住的各种公寓。
Sehr schönes kleines App., die direkte Lage am Strand ist natürlich sehr vorteilhaft. Bei der Buchung gab es eine Flut von E-Mails und ich hatte auch erst Schwierigkeiten mit dem Code. Bei der angegebenen Telefonnummer wurde aber sehr schnell geholfen. Die Auflagen beim Verlassen der Wohnung gleichen einer Endreinigung, die man aber zusätzlich noch bezahlen muss. Insgesamt aber ein schöner Aufenthalt.
Die Wohnung war wie in dem Inserat beschrieben aufgebaut und ausgestattet. Der Check In, sowie die Parkmöglichkeiten erwiesen sich als super leicht und unkompliziert. Der Ortskern, sowie das Meer waren Fußläufig zu erreichen. Im gesamten hat uns die Wohnung und der Service komplett überzeugt, wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
Tolle kleine Ferienwohnung, in absolut perfekter Lage ☺️ Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und es ist alles blitzsauber. Die Gastgeberin ist super nett 👍🏻
The apartment itself is fine! Seems it's been renovated recently. I booked this stay in a rush because of a deceased family member. Arriving late in the evening, I found myself in front of a closed door. Apparently there's hidden costs you don't know about when you book through Airbnb. If you don't pay these costs, you can't get in. With international bank transfers taking 3 days, this isn't a sensible option when you book one day prior arrival. Just include whatever you want to charge in the initial price indication, ok? Saves everyone a hassle. Oh, and there aren't any towels in the room. Apparently there's a reception somewhere else where they can be rented. But only during opening hours. In my situation; I didn't have time to pick them up so I just bought one. It's a minor thing, but a major annoyance. Think the marketing manager should reconsider. Bad reviews are more expensive than towels.
This studio accommodation was nice, spacious and clean, but the service could have been better. Communication from the host was very scarce. I communicated to the host that I would be arriving at a later time (23:00) due to a delay in my flight and I had not gotten a response. When I arrived to the location there was no way for me to enter the building or access the studio. Since the code to get into the room wasn’t provided in the voucher. The host was not responding to messages and after an hour of sitting in my car in the cold/rain desperately calling different numbers for help. I finally got someone to help me. Overall, it was not bad but service and communications needs to improve.
