Matt was awesome to work with. He reached out to talk about troubles with icy conditions and how to navigate any potential difficult weather. Hot tub was great. The view was awesome. The house was really comfortable and offered the right private spaces for our large group to spread out.

Matt was an amazing host! The place was absolutely spotless, cozy, and instructions were super clear as well as easy to follow. Matt was kind, responsive, considerate, and friendly. I absolutely want to come back and plan to stay here again if we are ever at Beech Mountain! Lots of hiking and walkable to resort, stores, and restaurants if needed! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Seriously, one of the most beautiful locations and views from the top of Beech Mountain. You will not be disappointed. I took my family of 9 adults and there was plenty of room for sleeping, dining, and entertaining. Matt, the host, was always available and on top of everything. The wifi handled all of us and it was easy to connect to the tv and watch a few movies. The kitchen was easy to use and had everything we needed to prep and cook meals. Everything in the home is labeled for lights, fans, heaters, and even kitchen utensils. We arrived late at night and the heaters literally took only minutes to heat the whole house. The hot tub was wonderful and easy to use. Just minutes away from the ski slopes and tubing. Great local restaurants as well of other fun adventures within an easy drive. We visited Banner Elk where you can find the outdoor coaster, axe throwing, gem mining, and more. So much to do and the home is in the perfect location for them all.

My family of 5 stayed at Blue Sky for a Fall trip to the mountains. We loved our stay and the home was great. First impression coming in is how clean and well attended to the home is. The hottub is a great addition!! All of the beds are really quality mattresses and comfortable. Things we really liked were building an outdoor fire with our kids, we grilled steaks while enjoying the incredible views from the upstairs deck, having our kids spot deer on the property, and the houses great location with access to all of the nearby attractions. We are definitively coming back and reserving this home again. Already planning winter ski trip this winter!
