Great property with such perfect location, connected to shopping mall, and cafe/restaurants and spas everywhere. Kandy and the support lady Somi helped us so much with all our questions proactively and promptly. No misunderstanding whatsoever during our stay, even we asked many requests and questions. HCM isn't really the city you can take a nice walk, but this well-maintained neighborhood w/o much traffic you can, a beautiful big park right next to the compound, perfect for the party like us with little kids. Was a bit surprised they have to close the swimming pool(for cleaning) between noon and 2pm... aside from that, two thumbs up, and will definitely come back here for our next trip to HCM.
