Nice place in the woods for some quiet and relaxation. The main living spaces are well laid out and appointed, but as a new host they are still figuring out which beds go where, but there was plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. All the essentials were provided and the kitchen was well stocked for both pans and condiments. We booked this for a trip to fish the Grande Ronde, and it beat driving back and forth to Clarkston each day. It was probably too much cabin for two buddies, but for more people it would be a sweet setup. I did hear an animal in the ceiling one night, but let them know and they didn’t know previously (it’s new to them - we were their first guests), so I’m sure they’ll take care of it. They hosts are a very nice couple who have some big plans to turn the cabin into a wedding venue - in the meantime it’s a nice place to stay that’s quiet but close enough to some of the action. A very good decision on our part to stay here.
