Our group had a lovely stay at this charming and peaceful Monticello property. The beds were extremely comfortable, the view of the lake is beautiful and serene, we had a blast making both indoor and outdoor fires, and we loved being able to go in the hot tub even in the pouring rain! Everything was exactly as described and pictured, and the host was accommodating and hospitable. We would love to come back in the summer to be able to kayak! Thank you for a wonderful weekend stay! Note: light sleepers might want to bring ear plugs (since the high ceiling has an echo) and a sleep mask since it gets very bright in the morning. I had both of these items with me and had an amazing sleep.

Berel was an absolutely fantastic host. The communication was so immediate and helpful every time I messaged. The place was surprisingly easy to find, being more in the woods usually places can be tough, but it was well marked & easy to get it. The house was absolutely perfect, we had a larger group & the large open living room made it so we could relax together without feeling over crowded. The view across the lake was beautiful and we braved the cold just to sit on the deck & look out. I would challenge anyone to find a better stay than this here in Monticello! Next time we are up this way we will 100% be looking to stay here again!
