Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 8 people (6 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction. HOT TUB, GAME ROOM & AC! This gorgeous log home with high vaulted ceilings, central heating, and air conditioning offers all the modern amenities and a warm mountain feel, in a beautiful setting. Just blocks from the shores of Big Bear Lake near Meadow Park, you will have all that you need for a most memorable experience here in the mountains. LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1800+ sq ft home with living room, recess lighting, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating for 8. ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, desk, and private bath. Second bedroom has two double beds. Third bedroom has double/double bunk beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available. KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, 2 Keurigs, espresso maker, crockpot, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. AMENITIES -Heated game room in the garage with foosball, air hockey, shuffleboard, darts, Pac Man arcade with + 60 games, Xbox, and darts! Board games and card games. Desk with a chair along with an apple computer and printer. This home offers smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, and a DVD player along with a movie library. Relax near the cozy gas fireplace. Laundry room with side by side washer/dryer. OUTDOORS - Hot tub, patio furniture, gas barbecue, and gas fire pit. Enjoy the large back deck and fenced yard! PARKING - 2 car driveway Other things to note: Maximum occupancy 8 Maximum Adults 6 During winter months the thermostat will be locked between 55-75 degrees. AC is locked at 72. Very nice place. located not too far from the ski lifts. the 1 downside is their are only 2 tv's in the home.. 1 in the living room, and one in the garage, so if you are use to having tv's in the bedrooms to help fall asleep or relax, you won't be able too. aside from that nice place.
Our family had an amazing time. The actual look and feel felt much more high end than the pictures showed, which was a pleasant surprise. It was nicely decorated and open, and the perfect walking distance to town, to restaurants, and to the lake (and playgrounds for our little one). The team was super helpful with check-in and when we left something behind. The neighborhood was mildly busier than we were expecting (the house is on a residential street with close neighbors) but the proximity to fun places and restaurants made up for that. The kids loved the game room - between air hockey and a chess table and other games, they were occupied the whole time we were inside. Overall, it was priced a little higher than some of the other homes in the area but ultimately we had a fantastic trip and would definitely come back.
