We had another hassle-free 1 month in C226, Cheer Residences. We love this little condo, with all the comforts you need, nice sub-division, lose to SM City mall, and all main transport. As ever, Lee was always helpful, responsive and fair.

Formthe price, this was a great little apartment which was clean, with all facilities, amenities that we required for a 1 month stay. The wifi was fast, TV choice of movies and TV series apps great. The place was secure and well-maintained. Lee is a great host and responded almost immediately every time we had a question or needed any help. Cheers Residences is also a well guarded and well maintained sub-division. The cleaners and security staff were all very friendly and smiley. Being literally next door to the lovely SM City shopping mall was such a convenience, with a fantastic variety of stores, cafes and restaurants and a hypermarket. We will be back!

The place was clean and comfortable. Also, the place is right across from the mall which we find very convenient. Definitely recommended.

The unit is as described and same as pictured. The space was well put together and very spacious for 3-4 persons to accommodate. The small details like the provided disposable slippers, hygiene kit, towels, and a few snacks and drinks are highly appreciated. Especially if you’re only staying for a night and don’t want to pack these things. The location of the unit is also ideal as it is very close and just beside the mall. It was also peacful and quiet overall. The host/owner was also very accommodating and reaponsive to my queries. He provided all the necessary information needed and check in/out was also a breeze. Will surely book this place again should the need arise when in the area.
