The pretty sitting room has a feature window seat and a wonderful stone fireplace housing the wood burner. The kitchen has a cheerful feel and even has a sofa and TV, ideal for social cooking time before you all gather around the farmhouse dining table. The first floor is reached up steep narrow tread stairs and is where the three bedrooms can be found: two doubles (one with a sleigh bed) and a twin room.
