Was a perfect location for the university and the beach, I love Carcavelos. It was clean and had everything I needed for a perfect stay
Un appartement un peu excentré de Lisbonne mais très proche des plages. Pour les amateurs de visite nocturne à Lisbonne ce sera un peu compliqué mais pour toutes les autres activités touristiques les transports en commun de Lisbonne ont rendu l'expérience très facile.
The stay at this Airbnb was truly delightful. Located not far from Lisbon, it offered the perfect blend of ocean and nature, making it an idyllic getaway for anyone seeking peace and tranquility within proximity to the city. The location was perfect, and everything about the place was great, from its serene setting to the comfortable accommodations. If I had to note areas for improvement, it would firstly be the amenities. The addition of basic supplies like shampoo, shower gel, and perhaps some complimentary tea or water would elevate the guest experience even further. Additionally, having self-check-in instructions available upfront, without assistance from others in the neighborhood, would make for a much smoother check-in process. Despite these minor details, overall experience was exceptional. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your lovely place. Highly recommended for those venturing to the Lisbon area!

Framed by the São Julião da Barra Fort, Praia de Carcavelos has the longest sand on the Estoril line, where volleyball and beach soccer championships are usually held.
Due to its proximity to Lisbon and easy access, Carcavelos is a popular beach during the summer, but in winter it is also frequented by surfers and bodyboarders, who find excellent conditions for these sports here.
Next to the beach, there are several renowned restaurants, as well as bars and terraces that provide pleasant moments of leisure in the sun.
It is located in a quiet condominium surrounded by gardens. It is 1 km from Carcavelos beach and 500 meters from Universidade Nova de Carcavelos. You can walk to supermarkets, restaurants, the beach, the university. There are buses and train very nearby, but the preferred way is by car. The apartment has garage. It costs 15 euros per day.
