This stylish and spacious apartment is the perfect base for a city visit. It's central but not in the busiest area, so while you can reach many attractions on foot and have great options to go out, you'll still get to relax after a long day of sightseeing in a quieter neighbourhood near the Danube. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living area, the place can very comfortably host up to four people, making it a great choice for couples, families, and even small groups of friends. The apartment is located four floors up from street level and there is an elevator in the building (please note though there is a flight of stairs leading up to it from the entrance). The place comprises of a living room, an open plan kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a small lounge corner in the entrance area. In the living room there is a comfortable seating area with an UHD smart TV with Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+, HBO GO, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, Roku (all of which you can use with your own account), and cable channels. The kitchen is in the same space and has everything you might need during your stay. There is also a dining area with a table and four chairs. In the main bedroom there is a queen size bed and a wardrobe, and it has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe as well, and the second (main) bathroom that opens from the entrance area is equipped with a tub, sink, toilet, and a washing machine with drying function. The window of the second bedroom opens on the hanging corridor and the inner courtyard, while those of the living room and the main bedroom on a one-way street with little traffic, so you don't have to worry about noise there either, especially since the apartment is located on the top floor (but keep this in mind if you're a light sleeper please). The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in every room, and with heating for when the season requires. There is also a bike rack for residents and guests in the courtyard.

Tolle Unterkunft in einem traumhaft ruhigen, zentral gelegenen Viertel von Budapest. Cafes+Restaurants in kurzer Laufnähe. Die Wohnung ist toll und modern eingerichtet mit zwei großzügigen Bädern. Sehr sehr empfehlenswert!
This is a great apartment, brand new appliances and immaculately decorated. Beds are firm and very comfortable and the two en-suite bathrooms very luxurious. A real find and one to book if you find this available! Thank you Zsolt for great communication and a superb place to stay to explore Budapest
Fantastic apartment, immaculate and stylish
Zsolt’s apartment was very nice spacious bright, clean and quiet. The apartment was well equipped with very good details of local places of interest, food, transport etc. (All on line). The location was central. We used public transport all within easy walking distance and Bolt for getting around, all very reasonably priced. Zsolt kept in touch should we need anything. Very happy with our choice of apartment and location.
Jättefin lägenhet som är helt nyrenoverad. Ett stort sovrum med badrum anslutande och ytterligare ett sovrum med badrum i hallen. Fräsch och välstädad lägenhet. Hemsidan som värden skickar när man bokar är väldigt bra med tydliga instruktioner. Ligger hyfsat centralt men väldigt lugnt och skönt. Nära till stort köpcentrum. Skulle absolut bo här igen om jag återvänder till Budapest!

The apartment is close to the Danube, has great access to some city greenery (Szent Istvan park and Margaret Island), and is surrounded by cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, and all such places that will make your stay as enjoyable as possible. You have everything you need on your doorstep, and if you want to check out the very centre of Budapest, that's also just a few tram stops away.
The apartment is in the heart of the city with excellent connections to public transport (tram 4-6, tram 2, bus 9, metro 3, etc.). The area is safe so you can walk home at night, and it's also very easy to get a taxi anytime. I will provide you with all the information you need about getting around.

Traveling has been my hobby since I was young. I have traveled with backpacks, suitcases, alone, in larger and smaller groups, and as a family with my children. What these trips had in common was that we always stayed at someone's apartment. I have always found such apartments much more comfortable than hotel rooms. There is more space, an apartment is better equipped, I can cook for myself what I want and, last but not least, I have privacy. Now I have the opportunity to host you and I hope that you will like my apartment. I tried to equip it with everything that I found useful during my trips so far and that made my trips better and more comfortable. About me: my wife and three wonderful children and I love to travel. My goal is for them to fall in love with travel and the beauty of discovery. For me, real relaxation has always meant getting to know other cultures, exploring the given city and, last but not least, trying the local traditional dishes. I mostly like to visit beaches and cities with a rich history. My favorite is Spain (including Andalusia) and the Greek archipelago. Of course, Budapest is also wonderful!
