Stylish double room in a 4 bedroom flat in a safe and quiet area 4-5 minutes walk from Leytonstone tube zone 3 , 2 stops from Stratford Westfield. Great access to central London (15 minutes to Liverpool Street) . Nearby Wanstead flats, huge park. We are in the appealing Brushwood area of Leytonstone, with Local Pubs “ The Red Lion” , “ The Walnut Tree “ serving real ales and excellent food, Live music and Comedy at “Luna “ Tesco superstore 5-6minutes away, many cafes and restaurants. Double room in a 4 bedroom flat The house is 4-5 minutes walking from Leytonstone tube station ,central line. I have a lovely cat wich is very friendly and well behaved but she’s always in the loft (2nd floor) I’ll bring her down only if you want.

Fiodor and his family are so welcoming and accommodating. They ensured we had everything we needed for our stay and offered fresh towels and bedding as we were there for 10 days. Kitchen is well equipped and there is basics like oil, salt pepper, and other seasonings. Tea, coffee, a few chocolates and soft drinks all provided which was a nice touch. We've enjoyed staying here so much we have already rebooked when my mum is back in a few weeks.
I had a fantastic experience! The place was really nice, and Fiodor was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Overall, I had a really good stay and would highly recommend it to others.
