The place was very nice and the location was great. The communication with the homeowner was good and very responsive. The description of a stocked kitchen was a bit off as it had limited pots and pans to work with and no cooking spices. We rented the house for a OU football game weekend and planned on doing some grilling but with no outside grill we used the cooktop stove and had to crack a few windows. We forgot to close one window we cracked open upon departure. I received a message asking me if anyone from our group smoked or did marijuana in the house because a window was left open and the house smelled like marijuana. I was completely taken back. No way it smelled like marijuana , Brotz, and hotdogs maybe but no marijuana, and I responded ABSOLUTELY NOT! Although the home was nice. We will never return or rent any of their other properties after being accused of drug use.

We loved Kristy’s place. Just what we needed for an OU weekend. Place was spacious and very clean. We look forward to staying next year!
