Place is nicely along the river, I needed a get-way from the usual after a work trip. Showed up at night and there was plenty enough light to get inside, door code worked nice and easy. On the inside it was very clean, stocked with towels, coffee, and shower items. Lighting was perfect for a relaxing/remote work environment. Bed was comfortable and there is a smart Tv inside so you can watch anything you’d like! Trains come and go but not that bad at all, wouldn’t stop me from booking again. Host are really communitive as door handle broke and it was fixed within 15 minutes. Great place!

Loved finding this hidden gem. The river was absolutely gorgeous and the property only has neighbors to the one side, and the whole place is enclosed with wooden fencing so it was also very private and peaceful. Lovely getaway. Not a ton of shopping or things to do but there was one local restaurant within a block or two and that served our needs. Clean, quiet, peaceful. Two things worth mentioning- property is next to train tracks which are quite busy, I’d say a train went past once an hour. This didn’t bother me at all but drove my fiancé crazy. Second thing is, the part of the river directly in front of the property has a set of steps/deck that sank in the water. It’s a bit of an eyesore, but if you’re sitting at the gazebo, you can’t see it. It was actually kind of an interesting story to search online. Anyway, definitely recommend and will be back!
