Llegue a un loft que “contaba” con cocina y piscina pero no tenía ninguna. No tenía manta de frío ni cosas básicas como pala para limpiar la mugre o una esponja. Pague demasiado por algo que no era lo que decía y además de eso tardaron en hacerse cargo. El peor mes de estadía de mi vida, no recomiendo pra nada alojarse en 360 suites. Además el internet no funciona y entraron a mi loft sin permiso.
A área comum do apartamento é sensacional, e o atendimento por parte do pessoal que trabalha no prédio também. O único ponto negativo foi o apartamento. Não estava totalmente limpo, o ar condicionado fazia muito barato, tinha mofo em algumas partes, e fiz a reserva de um outro apartamento, porém eles me colocaram nesse quarto, acredito que tenha sido o único que sobrou. Vale a pena pela localização e prédio, mas o ape não estava legal.
não recomendo. existem outras possibilidades na região com o mesmo preço e melhores.
Custo benefício não vale a pena. Tiveram que me relocar 3x porque ou faltava alguma coisa ou estava realmente sujo. O bairro é muito bom mas procurando com calma pode achar coisas muito melhores pelo mesmo valor. Deixa muito a desejar, os atendentes demoram para responder. Realmente o começo é dificil
O contato com a 360 é muito ruim. Tive que esperar quase 1hora para conseguir entrar no apartamento. Tive que entrar em contato para que a senha do Wi-Fi fosse enviada. A empresa precisa melhorar a comunicação com os hóspedes. Fora esse infortúnio, o local é agradável e bem localizado.
