This is a great house and good for a group! It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Agustin was a great host, super quick and efficient communication. The only thing I would mention is that there is a little bit of wear on some of the fixtures and appliances, didn't create an issue for us but a couple of drawers and other small things in the kitchen were broken. If you need a place to stay near the beach and near Fort Lauderdale, this is a convenient location.

The house was at the perfect location. You are at the walkable distance to the Beach, very important with Miami traffic. The rooms were very specious. Perfect house for family to stay in. While everyone gets their privacy. Quite neighborhood. Excellent host. Thank you… we had a great time.

I recently rented this house for a week with a big group, and overall, it was a positive experience. The cleanliness of the house was impressive, and it had all the amenities we needed, especially in the kitchen. The location was also very convenient, making it easy for us to explore the area. However, one aspect that was a bit disappointing was the size of the pool. Considering the size of the house, we were expecting a larger pool to accommodate our group comfortably. It felt a bit cramped, and we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we had hoped. Despite this minor drawback, our stay was enjoyable, and we appreciated the well-maintained property and its convenient location. If the pool size were to be improved, it would make this house an even more attractive option for future renters.
