Bron place was amazing. Was blown away with everything. Beautiful welcome gift. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Next level with kitchen ammenities. (Which can be lacking at some Air BNB) this home has everything you could want or didn’t even know you needed. ( steamer for dumping! ) so impressed. I will definitely book again for my next trip to Perth. Honestly we were trying to find something that was missing! That good.

A beautifully designed and decorated house with full amenities provided. Host is very responsive and helpful. Clear instruction to get to the house and manuals for all appliances are provided. Close proximity drive to Claremont Quarter that has 2 supermarkets, high end shops and many F&B choices. Close walking distances to good coffee places like The Other Side and Kilo cafe. While located right beside the highway, the insulation was so good that we couldn’t hear anything. Will definitely stay at this place again when we return to Perth.

Bron’s place was new, modern, clean and in a great location. Perfect size for four adults and was well appointed. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Bron’s. He really made us feel at home with local wine, chocolates and nuts and also he provided all the comforts of a home. What set his home apart is that he even provided beach towels, the home had 2 huge TVs - indoor and outdoor. The home is beside a busy road but the home is built so well, we didn’t hear anything while in the house. Very near the train station and easy to get into town. It’s a pity we only stayed 2 days. Thanks Bron for letting us stay in your beautiful home! It was really a home away from home.
