Although the pictures make the apartment look high quality, the apartment has not been kept well. There are stains on the wall, broken handles, and lamps that don’t work. The bathrooms were not clean when we arrived. There was dust on the sheets. When I spoke to the owner, he wanted us to leave for 2 hours to clean the place instead of offering to refund the cleaning fee. I did not want to leave because I rented the apartment in order to spend the day there to get ready for my wedding. He was also extremely rude and insensitive, and told me that I should be ashamed for calling out the issues with the apartment. He offered to give me back $100 in exchange for a 5 star review but I would rather lose the potential compensation and share my honest review of the place.
