Nice, clean, spacious apartment convieniently located near Cruce Arinaga close by to bus stops for many lines. Supermarket and restaurants around the corner. Most of the time the apartment is peaceful and you get a good night sleep. Occasional noice from neighbours though. Also quite odd time to do renovating by drilling at 22.00 in the evening. We did mostly like the apartment though there is some issues that would need improvement. There is no reading lights at the bedroom. There is a lack of certain amenities in kitchen for decent cooking and dining. The major minus is that that there is no connection to phone network in the apartment. You dont get imcoming calls there. Wifi is very good though. Easy access to apartment from the street, and communication with the host was very nice, excellent, fast and flexible. Very good value for the money and could recommend despite the facts mentioned earlier. Hoping that those would be fixed to improve the quality of the apartment.
