There is no assigned parking, so feel free to park in any space. ***The apartment comes with ONE garage sensor, any other vehicle will have to be parked on the street or might be at risk of getting towed from the garage*** **Garage clearance is 8'2'' SHARED AMENITIES: - Pool - Hot Tub - BBQ Grill - Pool Table - Gym Note: Minut device is installed in the unit. Minut monitors sound levels, and notifies you when it detects loud noises. It keeps our home safe and neighbors happy while respecting our guests' privacy. No Intrusive Cameras or audio recording devices, this only monitors noise levels based on decibels. A sound's loudness is measured in decibels (dB). Normal conversation is about 60 dB, a lawn mower is about 90 dB, and a loud rock concert is about 120 dB. This device is set to notify you by text if noise goes over 75 decibels for 10 minutes or more. If you get a text message from the device please make sure you keep the noise levels down as requested.

It was a great location, it took less than 5 minutes to get a Lyft our entire stay, very clean & great amenities in the building. My only qualm was that under the listing services/amenities offered was storage of luggage for early checkin or late checkout & when I inquired about how to utilize that service in the building, Roberto informed me that was not a service available. He quickly sent me a link to a luggage storage he said was not far from the Airbnb but when we arrived at the luggage storage, which you had to book & pay prior to arrival it was a ski rental & they just set your bags behind the check out counter, which left us a little uneasy but we had a ton of luggage & using ride shares our stay so we didn’t have another option. I would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone staying in Salt Lake City!

We had a lovely stay at this apartment! The location was wonderful with easy access to the public transit system and good restaurants. The apartment was very clean and easy to access as well! I especially appreciated being able to use the apartment gym and pool! Roberto was very communicative and answered all of our questions.
our stay was awesome. we were super close to the University of Utah and all the mountains. only 40th a to Brighton and 10 mins to the university. pool and hot tub were warm and convienient. parking was great and close to the room. they had coffee and creamer for us ready to go. thank you again and would stay here again! also the beds were super comfortable and really great with two queen beds in one room!
