Muy bonito lugar, bastante comodo, muy limpio y cuenta con una bodega bastante cerca. El internet es muy bueno y es un lugar bastante tranquilo.

Ximena's apartment is as lovely as it appears in the photos. The bed and sofa are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. I really enjoyed taking walks around the neighborhood and there is a great selection of restaurants and cafes within a short walk. I worked from the apartment and the internet speed of over 400mbps was perfect for my video calls throughout the day. I stayed at the apartment in late January and the only negative is that building design doesn't allow for a breeze even with windows open. Thankfully, Ximena provided a fan when I requested one.

We have stayed in many places over the years and this one really stands out ! The apartment is situated in a safe new building, with modern amenities, and close to everything in Lima. You definitely appreciate the area, as there is a beautiful park and many good restaurants in the neighborhood. We highly recommend it!

Excelente! Súper acogedor, limpio, moderno y equipado con todo lo necesario. Su ubicación es céntrica y cerca a todo. Ximena es un host muy amable y dispuesta a contestar las dudas que se tengan en el momento.
