This inviting property features a welcoming open-plan lounge/diner which provides an ideal space for everyone to unwind in at the end of a great day. With French doors allowing plenty of light in, a Smart TV and wood burner-effect electric fire, the lounge is a perfect spot for snuggling up to watch a movie or chat about the day. You can share all your favourite meals in the dining area, and the charming kitchen has plenty of equipment to help you cook up a feast. Upstairs, the first floor offers two bedrooms: an en-suite double and a king-size room, along with a handy shower room. Stepping outside from the kitchen, a private courtyard provides ideal access for your dog after a long country walk. From the lounge, you can head out into a patio garden with outdoor furniture and a bubbling hot tub. The cottage is ideally placed for walkers and cyclists following the Tarka Trail through the stunning surrounding countryside. The bustling market towns of Great Torrington (6 miles) and Barnstaple (8 miles) have a range of great pubs, restaurants, shops and cafes. Heading to the coast, the nearest seaside resort is the delightful Victorian village of Westward Ho! with its vast sandy beach (13 miles).
