My charming white beams studio is a haven of peace and tranquility ! it has all the comfort you may need with a well equipped kitchenet, a space to relax with armchairs, table, chairs, a big wardrobe, tv, high speed internet, a very comfortable bed 140x190 with good pillows, all very recent bedding and a lovely bathroom with shower and washing machine. The main window opens on the tree and a wall covered with greenery of a back building. 2 steps away from the vibrant mythic place de Clichy, with many buses and metro lines, the studio is located in a quiet courtyard on the 3rd and last floor (no lift) in a secure building, it retains the charm of the XIX century . That rental goes with a "mobility lease" by month and the electricity is not included.

I stayed at Patricia’s studio in Paris for two months. It's located in the 17th arrondissement, really close to areas like Abbesses, Batignolles, and Montmartre - plus two train lines just a block away which was really convenient. The building itself is really beautiful. I loved the view of the courtyard looking out my windows, and even though the studio has low ceilings (it used to be the maid's quarters), it felt cozy and was clean and well-maintained. It had everything I needed – the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, and the bathroom was larger than I expected with a good shower, laundry, and great water pressure. Catherine (the co-host) was easy to get in touch with throughout my stay; super responsive and always on time. By the time I left, the place felt like home. It’s got a lot more charm and feels more personal than the generic studios that are all over the place for tourists. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a longer stay in Paris.
Patrica was an amazing host. The apartment was one of the most clean I ever been on Airbnb and there was nothing I had to buy myself for the staying. The apartment is even most spacious in real then in the pictures you can see on the site. I will definitely advise to chose her for your staying in Paris. Wonderful experience! Thank you Patricia!

The very animated (day and night) Place de Clichy is the centre of 4 differents areas (the 17th,18th,9th and 8th) and is also full of History.
To a walkable distance of many fascinating areas of Paris, such as Montmartre, les Batignolles (where you will find lively bars and restaurants as well as stylish little shops), Pigalle, the Parc Monceau, the Galeries Lafayette, the Opera etc..
Also, very central and well served by direct buses and metro lines which will take you to other great parts of the city, right and left bank.
This area is famous for his cinemas, theaters and seafood mythic brasseries such as the Wepler where many writers and artists used to hang around in the past.
"La Librairie de Paris" is also a paradise for books lovers !
There is a fitness center near by for sportspeople as well as billiard academies, theatres, music venues and cabarets for others.
If you like walking,you will be able to go to many close other areas such as Montmartre, les Batignolles, Pigalle, the Opera, the big departement stores, the parc Monceau and in a beautiful day you can even walk to the Louvre and the banks of the Seine, St Michel, St Germain des Prés.
Many buses lines serves the Place de Clichy and will take you directly to these areas and also further areas of Paris : bus 80,95,68,21,30,74 and 54..and also the metro line 2 and 13 and from St Lazare the line 3 and 14.
On the Place there is a taxi rank and an underground parking.
