Suitable for up to 6 guests our apartment offers two bedrooms, both with a double bed and a super comfy double sofa bed in the lounge! Featuring a contemporary fitted kitchen, dining and breakfast bar in the open plan living area and two sparking bathrooms. A contemporary two-bedroom apartment, with plenty of of space for up to 6 guests. Newly refurbished, with two hotel standard double beds and a double sofa bed with a full deep sprung mattress in the lounge. The cosy interiors offer everything you could need for that home away from home feel. The apartment sleeps 6: Open-plan living/kitchen room: • Fitted with a double sofa bed sleeping up to 2 guests comfortably. • Equipped with a fully kitted kitchen with an integrated microwave, kettle, oven/hob, toaster, basic cookingware, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, and more - everything you need for a comfortable stay. • Share a hearty meal with the group at the breakfast bar in the open-plan living/kitchen area. • Has a wall-mounted 50" Smart TV allowing you to stream your favourite online shows! Bedroom 1: • The master bedroom is fitted with a double-size bed sleeping up to 2 guests. • Has a wooden wardrobe for managing your clothes. • Comes with an ensuite bathroom that has toilet, sink, and a shower. Bedroom 2: • Fitted with a double-size bed sleeping up to 2 guests. • Has a hanging rail for managing your clothes! Main Bathroom: • Modern design fitted with a toilet, basin, and a shower over bath. Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

A pleasent stay, and you get what you pay for. Host & stay is answering very quickly, so I can definitely recommend them. The apartment it self: a smelly entrance to the apartment, and people living there walking by the windows often in the yard (moreover a red paint was exploded outside the apartment next to this one with white sheets laying over it, so looked like something from a horror movie) . But otherwise the apartment was great and quite clean, and a central location. Bathrooms, beds and rooms very clean, floors not that clean. All in all a good apartment.
Very good location and space, but unfortunately there was no dishwasher as it said in the description.
Nothing too much trouble but there was quite fair amount of dust around the place, lounge windows looked so dirty like haven't been cleaned for years. Was bit cold inside, specially in the bathroom, it took hours to warm up. The controls on heaters weren't very easy to operate. There weren't any coffee pods in the kitchen but was assured it will be replaced (never happened) so had to run to the coffee shop every morning. On the checkout day felt rushed by getting messages about 8am if everything was OK as haven't dropped the keys yet. It was residential block but unfortunately heighbours were partying all night. The keys pickup/dropoff place was at supermarket 8 minutes walk from apartment which wasn't very convenient.

The apartment is right in the heart of the popular Ropewalks area with Liverpool ONE - a buzzing area of the city centre awash with plenty of restaurants, independent shops, and galleries. Put simply, this is where most of the action takes place in Liverpool and you couldn't be better placed to enjoy it.
You can stroll along the dock road and stop by 'OH ME OH MY', a beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking the waterfront.
For all your shopping needs, Liverpool One is a short stroll away.
Historic tourist spots such as St. Luke's Bombed Out Church and the 300 year old building, 'The Bluecoat' are in a short walking distance.
Bold Place and Duke Street are just around the corner - best place to find variety of food stalls, shops, cafes, restaurants, and pubs!
Mathew Street - one of Liverpool's main streets for some of the best bars such as the Cavern club where the Beatles played is only 13 minutes away. Castle Street is also just about 15 minutes away where you can find some best views of the Townhall, the Royal Liver building and bars & restaurants such as Rudy's pizza!

The apartment building is quiet and only has a handful of quiet and respectful neighbours. We ask that all guests are the same back.
Everywhere in the city centre is within walking distance, although transport links such as Liverpool Central Street and Liverpool ONE bus stops are less than 10 minute walk away!
