With the beach on its doorstep (literally), this single-level property could not be more perfectly located for a family waterfront escape in South Devon. Contemporary and comfortable, this stylish space is a great chance to unwind and enjoy a slower pace of life, breathing in the salty sea air. In the summer months, make the most of the shared outdoor heated pool - a great spot to relax and play. There’s no mistaking you’re by the seaside here; the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is light and airy, with sunlight and sea views streaming in through the large windows throughout. The interiors have a subtle nautical theme too, with understated blue and white tones dotted around each room. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee while drinking in the view on the balcony. And at night, the apartment transforms into a cosy haven, where you can watch the the gentle glimmer of the moon over the water. If you can tear yourself away from the stunning South Milton Sands beach, travel the 5 miles to Salcombe and explore its harbour or five popular beaches. There is a range of independent shops and eateries to enjoy too, with freshly caught local seafood featured on almost every menu. Kids will love a day trip to Woodlands (14 miles), Devon’s largest family theme park, where you can ride the log flumes, meet the animals at the zoo farm, and enjoy one of the South West’s best indoor play areas. Burgh Island (10.5 miles) and Dartmoor Zoo (19 miles) are also must-sees in the area.
