V clean, house v big and fancy, absolutely fit for purpose, i.e. accommodation for my team during a conference. Beds comfortable and everything spacious, with a lovely big kitchen & living space. Don't expect any extra personal touches -- the house is corporately managed and feels that way. Communication swift and polite which was great, though all the extra messages sent thoughout the day checking up and reminding us about house rules etc. were unnecessary. They also promised 3 keys and we only got one, though they subsequently agreed to give us access to the lockbox which was helpful. Check-in generally was a little difficult as we all had a full day of meetings and couldn't access the house before 11am or after 9pm, meaning my colleague had to cancel some appointments so he could get there within the check-in window. Overall -- no complaints about the house itself, but general experience a bit soulless. Wouldn't bother many people I'm sure but just not to my taste.
Beautiful and very comfortable home in the heart of Shepherd’s Bush! We stayed as a group for a work trip and it was perfect. 3/4 bedrooms are very comfortable - the design is thoughtful, the beds are very comfortable, the rooms are spacious. 1 bedroom is quite small (perfect for children) so something to note if booking for adults only. Several dings in the house here and there (ring camera, window shutters not working, heat a little finicky), but nothing that can’t be fixed or that affected our experience overall. Would absolutely recommend to anyone coming to London and stay again!
Nice house although very cluttered with the owners belongings. Had a musky smell to the house which was not overly welcoming. There was a lot of post at the door which I thought was a bit ‘unprofessional’ of the company looking after the property. The wheelie bins out the front hadn’t been emptied for sometime and there are a few holes and cracks along the walls. Other than the above small points, the house was fine and relatively good value.
3 heaters in house didn’t work (2 in bedrooms and 1 in bathroom). Confusingly locations of the house has been provided ( 2 locations from Altido and 1 location in Air bnb app) which made uber dropped us wrong place and my family had to carry many big luggages and walked to right location. By the way, the house is clean and Altido team is very helpful.
