Thank you for having us… Pro 1. Easy access to pool, gym & playground. Same level & just next to the homestay. 2. Cleanliness is acceptable. 3. Homestay is exact the same as in the picture. 4. Good air conditioning system. 5. Responsive host. 6. Beautiful scenery. Neutral 1. Security deposit rm150 (refundable, before 6pm on the same day we checked out) Cons 1. It’s time to change the mattress, pillow and the iron board. Pillow too flat, puts strain on the neck. 2. One of the dining chair broken/break during my visit, while we just sit on it. Normal wear and tear. Inform host directly once happened. Overall, it’s a nice stay & i wish i can visit this unit again in future. Thanks for the hospitality.

Very recommended! Worthy! Two rooms with sliding door, with POOL VIEW! Very nice! I would stay here again! This is my first time ever staying in the unit that same level with pool. My kids love it! Easy to access. Clean environment, friendly guards & residences. Got lot of stores nearby. Richiamo Coffee is a walking distance. Please dont hesitate to book! Love it! Thankyou for the host.
