A wonderful experience. The kids and the rest are happy. Lots of amenities and great accomodation. Will definitely return to JB City for our next staycation.

Spacious, peaceful and safe. We had a very good stay and enjoyed the various facilities - pool table (slightly slanted at one part), arcade machine, karaoke room and pool. Host was responsive and the place was well-maintained with amenities like water dispenser. Water pressure on 2nd floor varied and was quite low at times but this was not a major issue for us. If going with 1-2 other families, would definitely book again.

+ve points 1. The place is huge, clean and amenities were just provided as described 2. Clear instructions and reminders from the hosts -ve points 1. You have to prepare 1000rm safety deposit and have over to them upon check-in. This may not be something everyone will be comfortable off the platform. 2. Quite abit of maintenance works to be done. - Doors not working properly. I was stuck in the toilet upstairs for 10mins cause the door wasn't working well and I couldn't open it. My friends were stuck in the KTV room for the same reason and had to come out through the other door through the connecting toilet. Other doors were not functioning well too - Pool table is slanted - Host reminded us several times to check out promptly at 11am and mentioned that they will send someone to takeover the place and do the refund but no one came. They came around 30mins later after multiple calls to them as we were running late. For the price point, I don't think it is worth.

Good and quiet location. Spacious area for family gathering. The property is fairly clean.
