Amazing gated community townhouse with excellent amenities and totally modern and new decor throughout. We loved our stay here and will be back next year if not sooner. Thanks for being a great host!

We came for a wedding with many events, it was nice to come back to a serene home to recharge for the next family gathering. We wish we had more time while we were there to enjoy the house and the surrounding area, it looked like a fun place to wander and people watch.. We did make it to the Farmers Market on Saturday, enjoyed the walk . Thanks we will recommend this site to others. Our family often makes it’s way to the Gilbert area.

I’ve stayed here twice and I love this home! It is spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and quiet! It’s a short walk to the downtown restaurants! Great area! I will rent this every time I come back to the Phoenix area!!!

We had such a great stay. The house was pristine and comfortable. Right around the corner are some great eats and breweries. Everything was clear. Responses were fast. Definitely going to look up this listing when we come back to this area. Thank you Dean

Great house. Very walkable to all of downtown Gilbert but felt safe and quiet. Basic community pool for splashing around.
