Read on Inside our 3 bedroom, gas-heated cottage there is your private bedroom and living room that includes a Craftmatic queen bed which you can elevate your head or neck and/or your knees with a vibrator on a timer. Leather furniture and a 50" smart tv with a privacy door completes the living room. There is a shared private bathroom that would only be shared with myself, my co-host &/or a friend, if we're there, which would be accessed by all with a common hallway. There is a shared kitchen with a 55" smart tv & soundbar, laundry room with stereo/radio, both with all the amenities, to help you feel at home! Our Wi-fi tops around 500 mbps upload and download speeds with the fibre-optic installation in 2022. We stream IPTV which has up to 15,000 channels and Netflix. Perfect for a few days away, a student or a Workcation! The property is very private and spacious with foliage & trees, a surrounding trail that starts on the south side of the property that meanders through the bush in behind for some exercise! Right out front is a well-groomed County Hwy which gives you easy access to go anywhere! One km north is Casino Rama, LCBO/outlet store, Subway, Tim Horton's, gas station, Scotiabank and a Pharmacy. First Nation's smoke shacks, dispensary and the entrance to the Muskokas' a short drive away! Southbound takes you to Hwy 12. Going right at the "T" takes you to Orillia. Going left at the "T" takes you southbound on Hwy 12. I'm an easy guy to get along with and can play the game anyway you prefer. Whether you like your space or like to socialize, I can accommodate!
