Excellent place to stay when in Plymouth! The host was very responsive and kind throughout our stay. The apartment is in a good location and had everything we needed. Highly recommend to stay here.

We had a GREAT stay at Paul's place! Perfect location to all local amenities, town centre, the train station and the Hoe and Barbican. The flat itself was super cosy and welcoming for us and our dog with lovely small gestures like a bottle of wine, milk and dog bowls. We especially enjoyed the coffee machine! There was plenty of space for us all during our stay (our dog is on the large size) We had the choice sitting to dine at the kitchen bar or in the living room by candlelight. The kitchen is fully equipt which made it easy when cooking. The whole place was spotlessly clean and tidy with a lovely bathroom (loved the smart mirror!) Shower was easy to use with a selection of products to chose from. Super comfy bed and we will definitely be back again to stay when next in town. Also we asked for a later check out as we had a very long drive back home that evening and Paul was very accommodating to our needs. Thank you!

Second time at this place we enjoyed, comfy and quiet, all you need is here, even a welcome drink 😊 Paul is a very responsive host, who can be flexible on the schedule if need, as much as he can. Very appreciated too. It feels like at home !
