Welcome to our thoughtfully renovated 2-story townhome, ideal for larger groups. This large retreat includes 5 bedrooms, including one on the first floor, and ample space spanning 2600 sqft. Whether you're a large group, working professionals, or seeking a family weekend getaway, our townhome provides clean and comfortable accommodations. Just 5 minutes from the Convention Center, experience city living with complimentary amenities like light cleaning for long-term guests. This townhouse features two floors, with one bedroom on the main floor and four additional bedrooms upstairs. Most guests occupy the entire second floor, depending on group size. There are 2 queen beds and 3 full-sized beds available. For smaller groups of 6 or fewer, unused rooms may remain vacant. Additional bedding is available upon request. The space comfortably sleeps up to 10, or up to 12 with an additional foldout bed for a fee.

I had a great time using this place to rest, relax, and celebrate the weekend with my friends. I highly recommend for large groups who are attending nearby events in the XL Center.
Each of the bedrooms had their own individual codes to enter. One of the rooms’ code stopped working one morning and I couldn’t get ahold of the host for an hour and airbnb support wasn’t helpful. Called the host - no answer. The assistant reached out an hour later with an override code which should have been in the home instructions. Delayed our leaving the house to continue our vacation by 2 hours. Luckily the 2 year old hadn’t gotten locked in. There was a nail sticking up out of the floor in front of a bathroom. The toaster didn’t work. The downstairs bathroom was the only room in the place without blinds? The window was frosted but my family still felt uncomfortable. The neighborhood wasn’t the best - my family felt uncomfortable and we heard gunshots nearby one night. The pillows had shams and we weren’t told pillowcases were in the closets. Worst airbnb experience I’ve ever had, especially for the expense! We left a day early and receive an insulting $25 refund.
i stayed here with 8 other friends for a weekend convention. The host was responsive to my questions leading up to check in. I received a lot of great information beforehand and plenty of proactive messages to minimize stress. The guys were all very impressed with the spacious home. There was plenty of room for communal gathering, but with excellent privacy for each bedroom. With a bathroom on each floor, there was never a queue waiting to use the toilet. Parking is a little bit iffy. The driveway can only fit very few cars, so if you plan to stay here, minimize the amount of vehicles. Street parking can be limited too. We paid a great price for an entire weekend. thank you!
Had a great experience with family at Pete's place. Rental is just as described, and I found Pete's instructions to be proactive and straightforward. There was no need to contact him during our stay. Veryclean and comfortable space for a large family. Would certainly return if the need arises.
Beautiful home with multiple bedrooms - all with their own code! Pete was excellent to work with and his cleaning team went out of their way to ensure my daughter got her wallet back that she left in a drawer.

Our property is minutes from downtown Hartford and the Convention Center.
We are considered to be in the North End of Hartford, which is known as an urban diverse neighborhood. The neighborhood features urban bodegas, take out Caribbean, Spanish and Chinese cuisine. The area may not appear pristine and is referred to some as sketchy. Some buildings and lots in the area are vacant, and you will see beginning stages of gentrification in the neighborhood. There is a mix of small and larger apartment buildings, most having 3-6 apartment units. We have combined and separate bike lanes and gas stations. Residents of the neighborhood prefer to walk or catch local transportation while some do drive. We encourage guests to research our area as we feature some of the oldest architecture and history in Connecticut.
