very soothing environment all the neighbors are absolutely amazing and helpful! house was very private and felt like home!
We arrived to the hot tub NOT HOT. Had to plug it in and wait a day for it to warm up. The outside tv does not work. We had to use the batteries from the bedroom tv remote to put in the living room tv remote. The water pressure is poor. The shower is stunning but neither shower head is efficient. The yard is not maintained, high grass. There’s a shed like building in the rear with an attached deck. Which we found out after is a tiny home rental. So this is a SHARED rental property! This was not stated in listing. Discovered this the second night after dinner to find another car parked in the driveway. We had no idea that the “shed like” building was a Airbnb as well. We figured it out once I looked at all of Check In Tampa’s other listings. The A/C stopped working, it was 89 degrees this entire weekend we were there. The ceiling fans didn’t work either. They never messaged me back about a/c, says they respond within an hour, well we are going on three days now, Not waterfront either!
