地理环境优异！兼具最佳生活观光机能！ 原因就在于⋯ ↓ ①紧邻新今宫站（JR&南海本线）、动物园前站（御堂筋线&堺筋线）等4站，从任一站步行皆只需1～2分钟即可抵达！ ①由关西机场可直达JR新今宫站！ ②由JR新大阪站搭乘地下铁御堂筋线，可直达动物园前站！ 无论是搭乘飞机或新干线，皆可直达距公寓最近的车站，无需转车！ ③这4条路线几乎囊括大阪市内所有观光景点，无需转车即可轻松抵达！ 搭乘地下铁堺筋线到日本桥站、御堂筋线到难波站皆只需4～5分钟；搭乘御堂筋线至心斋桥站也只需5～6分钟。搭乘御堂筋线到梅田站、或是搭乘JR到大阪站都只需15分钟！ 完全不需转车！ ④不仅如此，步行约3分钟即可抵达新世界通天阁；至天王寺动物园约5～6分钟。 电电街（大阪秋叶原）约6～7分钟。 ⑤就生活机能面而言，公寓对面有唐吉诃德，附近还有一整排餐厅、居酒屋，大创、便利商店、便当店、漫画咖啡厅等各式店面。 此外，出公寓后只需走几步，即可看到多处付费停车场，对开车前来的贵宾来说也很方便！ 所有套房皆委托专业清洁业者彻底进行清洁。清洁后也必定会再进行杀菌消毒，彻底执行新冠病毒等传染病预防措施后，才开放入住。因此清洁皆需要花上3～4个小时。 只要入住当天没有其他要退房的贵宾，当天随时可以办理入住。若有其他贵宾要退房，由于必须对套房进行彻底清洁，并让其他贵宾入住，请务必遵守一般入住时间（下午4点后）办理入住。 公寓屋龄新，非常干净。房型为套房，大小约为60平方公尺。 客房配有 4 张超大双人床和 2 张单人沙发床，最多可容纳 10 人。 房内备有厨房、洗脸台；浴室备有浴室干燥机或暖气、免治马桶，以及附有晒衣架的宽广阳台。 此外，日常生活所需之洗衣机、冰箱、电视、DVD播放器、吸尘器、纸拖把或毛絮黏把、洗衣精、洗碗精、浴厕清洁剂，以及料理器具、餐具等皆一应俱全。 因此只需携带换洗衣物、食材、化妆品等随身用品，一口皮箱即可轻松入住。

Great place! Just across Mega Don Quijote and Shinsekai area (with iconic Tsutenkaku Tower) with only 5min train ride to Dotonbori! Everything is perfect abt this place. Easy check in & VERY ACCOMMODATING host. Always replied on time, always responded with great answers & recommendations. If I could give 100 stars, I would. Also Shin-Imamiya Station offers direct train ride to Kansai airport via the Nankai Line. This airbnb is surely worth rebooking! Thank you Toshi-san.
We had an awesome stay in Toshi’s place it was spacious for a family of 4. It was very easy to find with much clear instructions and photos sent by Toshi, including the recommendations of places to try on. The place itself was perfect, it was clean and feels homey with everything that we need and just few steps away from the station. It’s also near the tower where it has like this mini Dotonbori with lots of restaurants and it’s just across Don Qui where we did our midnight shopping before flying back. Toshi was a great host and replies fast to our inquiries and we’ll definitely be staying here again when we go back to Osaka.
Our family stay 10 days here and all love this place, so convenient and clean. The place is well organized. Also owner is very nice and helpful. Next trip to OSAKA , be sure to stay here again.
